A strategy is an ordinary workflow. A simple moving-average strategy on a Stellar pair looks like this:
Open Test strategy from the toolbar's flask button. A backtest fetches the pair's past candles and runs your workflow once per candle against a simulated account, then shows the equity curve and every trade. Nothing is signed and no real funds move.
Know its limits: it tests one pair at a time, offers fill whole (no partial fills or queue position), Stellar's minimum balance isn't modelled, and blocks outside the simulation, such as an HTTP Request, return today's values. The report warns when one of those ran.
Switch on paper trading in the same panel. Every run of the workflow then trades a simulated account against live prices, and a Paper badge sits next to Run. Deploy it while paper trading and it runs 24/7 in BluFabric's cloud as a paper strategy, with its own simulated account. Still nothing is signed.
When the backtest and a stretch of paper trading both hold up. To trade for real you run the workflow from the canvas and sign in your own wallet, with Risk Guard and, if you like, a Human Approval step in front of every order. Keep the trading account funded with only what the strategy may lose.
No. Both trade a simulated account. Nothing is signed and no funds move.
SMA, EMA, RSI, Bollinger Bands, VWAP, ATR and rate of change (ROC), in the Indicator block.
No. Strategies deployed to the cloud run as paper strategies. Real trades are run from the canvas and signed in your own wallet.
Build it on the canvas, or describe it and let the agent build it.
