Detect HTTP 402 / x402 challenges, pay Stellar options under your mandate, then retry the request. Same path for future paid BluFabric endpoints.

x402When an API returns 402 Payment Required with machine-readable options, the agent can x402_probe then x402_pay_and_fetch. Stellar-compatible options (G…/C… or stellar network) settle via agent purse or smart account under your spending policy.
